Office Commercial Division, is for the following property/business:
Ref #______ or any property or business as may be presented
to the client/customer via email, fax or post.
The client/customer has requested information
pertaining to listings marketed by the office of USA Realty
Pocono Office Commercial Division, with regard to a possible
purchase and agrees to treat any information (Witten, oral,
faxed or from weblinks or material presented as evaluation material)
furnished by USA Realty Pocono Office Commercial Division, about
or on behalf of the property/business, with the utmost confidence.
It is agreed that the client/customer will not
use the information in any way that is detrimental to the property
or property owner’s interest and that this material will
be kept confidential by the client/customer and the information
will not be disclosed to anyone other than the client/customer
or his/her/its consultants for evaluation purposes. Should the
client/customer disclose any material presented by USA Realty
to anyone who needs to know such information for the purpose
of assisting in evaluating the listing, it is understood that
the client/customer will inform any assistant of the confidential
nature of this information and bind them to the terms of this
agreement.
The client/customer acknowledges that USA Realty
Pocono Office Commercial Division as Broker represents the sellers
of the business and/or real estate listed and agrees to conduct
all further inquiries and/or negotiations regarding the business
and/or real estate exclusively through the office of USA Realty
Pocono Office Commercial Division. You agree that any visits
to the property will be made only with a representative of our
office and that USA Realty is the procuring cause of the sale.
The client/customer acknowledges their agreement
by signing, dating and returning one copy of this Agreement
to the office of USA Realty Pocono Office Commercial Division.
